Metabolic Syndrome / T2 Diabetes and others
« on: July 03, 2016, 04:56:27 AM »
I 've read a lot of studies on pubmed regarding the metabolic syndrome / type2 diabetes. Things look bad for those with the illness but also for those who have NOT YET developed the full blown T2 diabetes and even pre-diabetes. That group shows several negative parameters that may be:

- Low HDL cholesterol
- High triglycerides
- Central (abdomen) obesity
- Insulin resistance
- Hormonal problem (Low T + low SHBG)
- High BP

It is to be noted that a good proportion of these groups have SYMPTOMATIC low T and sexual issues in all parameters including:

- ED
- PE
- Retrogade ejaculation
- Delayed ejaculation
- Anorgasmia / orgasm difficulties
- Diminished libido
- Problems with arousal
- Overall lack of satisfaction

Metal issues are :

- mood swings
- depression
- anxiety
- 'foggy' thinking
- apathy / anhedonia

Who has this metabolic body type on this forum ?  The type is central obesity for males and weight above hips (Apple shape) for women. BTW one does not have to be high BMI but have this body type.
