According to this study. It seems unrealistic, otherwise this condition would be considered a mainstream epidemic.

It's a difficult subject and there's a lot of shame attached this this sort of thing. It took me years to even approach a doctor, despite them being pretty useless. Given all the unnatural strains we put on ourselves now I wouldn't be surprised if this finding was accurate

Even before EA, not all orgasms came equal. No man has mind blowing orgasms every time he ejaculates. If you are tired and depressed, it just won't feel amazing. I agree that mainstream medicine does not take male sexuality seriously enough.

EDIT: I just wanted to add, that I have been able to orgasm without ejaculation on several occasions.

Where is the study ? I think that link is not reliable .  However I think its related to an ED study although i cannot find it in detail:
