The pills I am taking are really seeming to help.  The orgasm still is not great all the time but the pleasure in the build up has been excellent lately.  I am taking L-arginine about 2.5 grams a day.  Choline about 1 gram.   Vitamin B5 500 mg. A complete B complex.  Saw palmetto 1 gram and a daily one a day.  I have been having constant erections throughout the day and that has led to much more sensation.  Still hoping the orgasms continue to improve and there is more consistency but the build up before orgasm there is more pleasure then before.  I am hoping the spiro pills I ordered are the final piece to be cured.  The arginine is new to my suppllements and since taking this it has really helped.  I havent been this horny since I was in my teens.

Oh and one more thing I dont take all these dosages at once.  I usually take the pills 2 times a day so split that in half as dosage at once.  Too much at once could make you sick.  I feel fine with what I take but I dont know if a higer dose would make me feel naustous.  The stronger and more frequent erections have made my penis much more sensitive.

After taking Choline (300mg Twinlab), B5 (250mg Twinlab) and Ginkgo ( 50:1, 60mg.  NOW ) for 9 days,  I noticed a better sensation during build-up.

A Dr Ray Shelian suggests taking supplements with an on-off cycle  (he has a web page selling supplements :  http://www.raysahelian.com/ )   

I didn't try saw palmetto as I have googled/read some negative experience (loss of libido and developing EA) with this supplement , similar to that of finasteride.

Michael I would try the L-Arginine as well in that mix.  I added that last and the results were very noticeable within a few days.  The Arginine works better with the choline and b5 in your system.

so what brands do you use? or does it matter?

can you clarify? stupid question but do you take b5? and then a b complex? or just b5?

im excited to try this out. I know arginine helps. i used to take it and stopped for a long time to try other stuff I dunno why.

I am not sure it would matter but I get my supplements at GNC.  Not sure where you live if you ever heard of that.  Ya I take the B complex because I read that taking high doses of one type of b vitamin can deplete other types.  So it is good to take a b complex just to make sure you dont deplete anything.  I am posting a link from the site which talks about the importance of all these vitamins together.  I guess they are all needed to make it work.  I was taking choline and b5 but wasnt taking the l-arginine and didnt notice much until I started the arginine.  My penis is so much more sensitive now with these supplements.  One without the other doesnt help.  You can really feel the l-arginine in action all over your body.  I can feel the warmness in my feet after taking l-arginine.  I hope it keeps working.  I might cut back a little because I am actually too horny and its hard to concentrate at work when you are throbbing down there lol.  I might cut back and before sexual activity load up on it.  I am actually having trouble not masterbating because its like I have to relieve myself or I will get that annoying horny urge that drives you crazy.  I want to wait a few days to build up semen hoping more will produce a better orgasm but its been hard to wait more then 12 hours.  Anyway its worth a shot to try it for those who havent.  I am curious how others feel with the same formula.  It is relatively cheap too to get the 3 bottles.  B5 you dont need as much as the choline and L-arginine.

I noticed the article talks about eating plenty of nuts to raise nitric acid level.  I believe someone in here posted a few weeks back about saturated fat and how he though it would help.  He then told us that he was eating nuts I believe.  So it wasnt the fat that could have been causing improvement but the nuts themselves raising nitric acid levels.  I might be wrong about the type of food but I thought it was nuts.

It was I who reported improvement after eating lots of peanut and more egg yolk.   

(Another member mentioned saturated fats, not I ).   

Peanuts contains Arginine and egg yolk contains choline.  This fits the "arginine+choline" theory.

haha dan thx for the input that sounds like an awesome problem to have. I wish I was too horny. Im gonna try it out.

I am the one that talked about saturated fats. I tried raw Brazilian nuts coconut oil and pili nuts. which are high in saturated fat. and Ive concluded that it seems to increase my testosterone....so it does help but I had to stop because for one... the Brazilian nuts have too much selenium so I can only take one or two a day....I noticed it definitely helps with boners. I also noticed that taking too much saturated fat increased my test which therefore increases my e2 so I'm getting a supplement called triazole to help keep estrogen in check cuz i cant take armidex.So ill try it all over a little more carefully. another bad thing though is that it kinda screwed my prostate up when i was doing all this... I was peeing more which is probably another sign of too much e2 being converted. I dunno back to the drawing board.

but ill get some of that stuff today and try it out. so you take one of each twice a day?

the choline arginine b5 experiment is good so far. noticed more erections. I feel like I can last a little longer as well. it gives me a boost and little more confidence. my libido and orgasms have gone downhill in the last few months...so this is good but its still early.. but i think this experiment is definitely helping out. it gives me hope. I feel that what I need now is the urge to do it more or improve sensation like dan was saying. my mind is not on sex as much anymore. so ive gotta get my hands on something to try but Ive tried almost every supplement there is.... so I cant think of what else to try.

what bugs me is that when i see hot chicks. I don't get instantly horny like I use to.I can get boners but I use to get this urge to wanna have sex with them but i don't get it anymore... why? anybody have any theories? dan?  no fuN? sorry im just frustrated.

For a few days there I was horny just sitting there for no reason.  For the most part no I dont get boners looking at a hot girl.  I get boners though when there is actual physical contact.  I guess porn is not reality so it doesnt excite me as much.  When I am with a girl in person I get aroused pretty easy.  So I think it is normal to not get aroused as easy as you used to.  I think its key though to get morning erections.  It shows things are working normal I think.  I was getting headaches the other day so I am hoping these pills arent causing it.  It might have just been a virus or something.  I took a day off from the pills to see.  No headaches today but I just took pills again so we will see.  I do think you have to make sure you take enough.  Choline and arginine the big amounts.  B5 not as much.  I will keep you posted.  I have to try what Alan thinks cured him Lecitin.  I have them spiro pills ordered as well.  So we will see.

I want to ask the same question too.  

I suspect supplements that  increase/decrese neurotransmission effect  (e.g.  ginkgo , GABA+ and choline) or those affecting hormones (e.g.  tongkat ali ,  tt )  will need cycling.  I don't know if this is correct or not.

Well I am not getting the same effect this week.  So you might be right in taking a break.  Might need to lay off masterbation and pills a few days then start up again.  This body is so crazy its impossible to predict.  One day something works the next it doesnt.

@Dan,  does GABA help you now?  I remember you tried both Twinlab GABA-Plus and  self-mix GABA+Inositol+Nicin.  Did they give you the same effect ?

GABA-Plus has diminished effect with me too.   I recently received headache if I took GABA Plus the night before and I've bought some "pure" GABA, Inositol and Niacin so that I could test to find out whether it was GABA or Inositol that gave me the headache. 

I finished a few days of low dose 5HTP and its help sleep quality but have no positive effect on, and likely have  tuned down, my sensation.

I bought some Lecithin and Arginine and will later take them with Choline and B5.
