Title: Cannabis
Post by: Radium on November 01, 2018, 08:43:00 PM
Has anyone tried cannabis? I live in a legal state so I've been using cannabis edibles. It is not a cure, because it does not bring back the orgasmic feelings. But it does make sexual activity a lot more fun so that I kind of forget that I'm missing out on anything.

Normally when my penis is touched it isn't much different than my finger being touched. But with cannabis it actually feels great. Normally ejaculation is basically a non-event. But with cannabis it really is an event, kind of hard to explain, but it seems like my brain is going haywire or something. The intense sexual pleasure part of orgasm is still missing, but at the time I really don't notice anything is missing.

So while it is not a cure, cannabis has been the closest thing I have found to a cure. If you get a chance, try it out and see how it works for you.

Pot is legal where I am too.

I'm thinking about CBD oil more than pot itself. If I remember right, it is supposed to be a 5ht1a agonist. Antidepressive, maybe pro sexual function without the THC.

A caution to people thinking about trying it.

A friend of mine is a long experienced pot user. It looks like it worked out OK for you, but he says a lot of people get themselves in trouble with edibles. The problem is that the onset and clearance are both much slower, so that people can easily take too much before the effect hits them, and then it's too late, because the effect won't clear for a long time.

I have been thinking about CBD oil too. But I was put off it when I read that it can lower blood pressure, and as I am already on meds which as a side effect reduce blood pressure I am apprehensive. I don't like messing with stuff after I had a bad heart attack 12 years ago. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has used CBD oil and the results they experienced. a local supplier here in uk is quite happy to supply it - with a responsibility waiver naturally - although they admit they have never heard of it being used for our condition
